Are you interested in getting advice about what running an effective staff network looks like?

Are you keen to find out more about what other networks are doing?

As the Co-Chair of my firm’s Multicultural Business Network, I get to lead our 15 people strong steering committee to deliver inclusive, innovative and fun events, inform the firm’s Diversity and Inclusion strategy and work with our board and partner sponsors.

I often get many questions from people about running a network and thought it would be an excellent idea to start a conversation about this.

Staff networks, also known as employee resource groups are communities within workplaces for people with a shared interest or attribute to come together.

They provide a safe place for discussion and often hold events and share information for their members. Most staff networks are opt-in for employees, meaning they can self-select to join them.
